Inpiration and Satisfaction -- with a big "I" and big "S" are what employees crave. Especially now, it's critical for corporations to focus on how they are communicating to their employees. Since budgets and bonuses are a thing of the past (except if you are at Goldman Sachs), we have to "fill their tank" with inspiration. "Coffee IS for closers" - Priceless!
